ALCO has benefited under the sixth round of the Global Fund to fight against HIV / AIDS , tuberculosis and malaria funding for the implementation of the project entitled " Intensification of the fight against STI / HIV / AIDS targeting mobile populations : Consolidation and Extension of the Regional Joint Project for the Prevention and Management of STI / HIV / AIDS along the Corridor Abidjan- Lagos ". The main thrusts of this project are prevention through mass media, peer outreach educators , promotion and distribution of condoms, HIV testing ; diagnosis and treatment of STIs ; support ARV ; supported and the care and support of PLWHA and OVC and the fight against stigma and discrimination.

ALCO is currently enjoying another Global Fund financing called TFM (MTF) . This funding covers the period from January 2013 to August 2014 and interventions targeting mobile populations and the most at risk of HIV infection along the Abidjan -Lagos Business such as sex (PS) corridor , men populations who have sex with men ( MSM), injecting drug users (IDUs) , truckers, uniformed and other populations at risk.
